Common Questions

Do I need to be fit already to train with you? +

Absolutely not. Most of our clients start from scratch or after long periods away from training. We design every program from your current starting point — not where we think you should be.

How quickly will I see results? +

With consistent effort, most clients start seeing measurable changes in 4–6 weeks. Full body composition results usually show clearly within 3 months. Sustainable fat loss is 0.5–1kg per week.

Can I train if I have an injury or chronic pain? +

Yes — with the right programming. We're trained in corrective exercise and movement assessment. We'll work around injuries carefully and, in many cases, help you reduce chronic pain through proper loading and mobility work. We always recommend getting medical clearance first.

Where do in-person sessions take place? +

Sessions are held at our partner gym in Tirana. If you already have a gym membership elsewhere, we can work there too — contact us to discuss options.
